Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Logistics modules including Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Lead business requirement gathering sessions, translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications, and execute configuration changes.
• Manage end-to-end integration across logistics processes: procurement, inventory management, order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), and asset/maintenance management.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical and functional support, troubleshooting complex business process failures and system defects.
• Design and execute test plans (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) for system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to design custom workflows, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW objects).
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, functional specification documents (FSDs), user manuals, and deliver training to end users.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of hands-on SAP functional configuration experience in MM, SD, and PM modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA logistics simplifications, Fiori applications, and Business Partner (BP) configuration is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP MM, SD, PM, and cross-functional modules (FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM).
• Proven track record of participating in full lifecycle SAP implementations, migrations, or enhancement projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAP Activate methodologies.
• Experience in writing detailed functional specifications and working closely with ABAP developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to business process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
