Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Core SAP HCM functional sub-modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll).
• Support, configure, and integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Learning Management).
• Support data migration and mapping activities from legacy SAP HCM on-premise systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Oversee integration and data synchronization between SAP HCM On-Premise systems and SAP SuccessFactors Cloud modules via CPI/PI/PO.
• Analyze business requirements for HR processes, design solution blueprints, and perform system configuration and customization.
• Ensure compliance with  local labor legislation, tax regulation changes, and data privacy standard requirements in HR systems.
• Provide operational support and issue resolution for HR business users, conducting root cause analysis for system failures.
• Develop functional specifications for custom HR enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces, partnering with technical development teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of functional configuration experience in SAP HCM (PA, OM, TM, and/or PY).
• Hands-on experience or certification in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central or other core SF modules preferred).
• Solid understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) middleware data flows.
• Experience in handling annual HR operational cycles, tax updates, and HR reporting/analytics.
• Strong project management skills and customer-oriented service mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
