Job Description

 

We are looking for a SAP Developer to join our Technical Support & Development team and contribute to the development and optimization of our SAP landscape based on SAP S/4HANA 2023. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role to cover maternity leave. This role involves working on modern SAP technologies, including ABAP (on HANA), SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP integrations, while supporting business-critical processes and ongoing transformation initiatives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA environment
  • Enhance standard SAP functionality using user-exits, BADIs, and enhancements
  • Develop custom reports, interfaces, and forms
  • Build and support SAP Fiori applications (UI5 / OData services)
  • Participate in integration development with external systems (APIs, middleware, SAP BTP Integration Suite)
  • Debug, test, and optimize ABAP programs for performance and stability
  • Support system integration testing (SIT) and UAT phases
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation for developments and enhancements
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in SAP environment
  • Contribute to ongoing system improvements and optimization initiatives
  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, enhancements, and custom development
  • Experience with S/4HANA
  • Basic or working experience with SAP Fiori / UI5 / OData
  • Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, BTP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
